Hard boiled eggs, with the usual salad stuff. Way too hot to cook tonight.
Will make some custard to have with frozen rhubarb (after its cooked I mean) Less heat from the oven cooking things the cooler my house will be

Haven't posted for a while as still haven't been in a foody mood and most dinners have consisted of crisps or nothing. Oh so healthy!
I really did fancy chinese earlier and to be fair, should have given in to my cravings, but I have put a southern fried chicken steak in the oven instead with some potato wedges which i'll have with some beans. Not quite sure it'll do the trick though. Actually, change of plan. Going to have the chicken in a wrap with salad and the wedges. No beans! |
