Roast beef with gravy. With roasties.
Not sure to have the beef on a plate with some peas and the roasties or in a bun yet.

Chicken of some sort for hubby - rice or pasta depends on sauce!
I'll adapt my Quorn fillets for chicken - probably black bean sauce/ noodles.

Had a takeaway tonight as I am bunged up to the eyeballs. I decided to try a new place that delivered Peri Peri Chicken, (don't know of any other takeaway places in Norwich that do this and deliver) so I chose Half of extra hot Peri Peri chicken & chips. Have to say that even tho it cost £8.50, I was really impressed by the quality and as a added bonus it slightly unblocked my sinuses.

Lazy day today so I went into Morrisons and had braised beef with mash n peas and a diet coke then had done chocolate when I got home. I do think the Morrisons dinners are pretty decent for the price
