Stuffed spinach and ricotta pasta with a cannellini bean and tomato sauce, with leeks and I had some aubergine left so I chopped that up very small to fry with an onion base (already made the sauce so it can develop).

Having an Indian tonight, just deciding on which to go with as the place I used last week burnt my bhaji. Also will need to find somewhere that does a basic Indian style Chicken Curry, not much heat but full of flavour.
