This might sound odd but.. Koka noodles (veg or black pepper flavour) with potato waffles. Extra sauce on noodles made with soy and bits and bobs!
I e got my Ocado delivery due this evening, first time I've used them. I've got a saucy fish co packet with squid n prawns with chorizo on the order which I can't wait to have with some peppers, onions, tomatoes and courgettes
Baked potato with melted cheese, 2 veggie sausages, garlic bread, houmous, coleslaw, sweet pickle, spinach and corn on the cobs.
Had our main meal at lunchtime. Salmon Wellington (thank you Aldi it was delish!) then I did roast potatoes, carrots, peas and asparagus.

Roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, steamed veg and a nice beef gravy.
