Spaghetti bolognese (once again, courtesy of Daddy) I'll be back home tomorrow so will have to fend for myself again for a few day!

Didn't have the lasagna yesterday since we didn't fancy it but ordered a pizza, which was worse.

Tonight, new potatoes, green beans and quorn escalope.

Last night we had a hot chicken salad with mango. Will use up the rest of the chicken tonight in a risotto.

Steak and Chips

Beef enchiladas and salad.

Tomato & tuna pasta sauce tossed through some tagliatelle and probably some wholemeal garlic bread.

Fish & chips with a pot of curry sauce and a pickled egg

That's chips twice in 2 days now

Last night I stuck a pizza in the oven. Lazy, but then my appetite is up and down so I thought it would save me wasting food/energy cooking!

Tonight, I'm not sure. My sister is coming over later and we're going to go out for lunch so I suspect I'll still be from that this evening.

Going to cook up some chicken and have salad with it.

Salad with asparagus, broad beans, garlic croutons, large spring onions, cucumber and lettuce, with stuffed mushrooms.

Pad Thai Chicken with noodles (Pad Thai paste from a jar I bought in Asda ! )

I had a huge chicken burger with bacon, brie and cranberry sauce with salad, chips and onion rings for lunch. Then we stopped at the ice cream shop - I had raspberry and lemon sorbet.

Definitely no dinner for me later!

We missed lunch so just had some roast chicken in a coronation style sauce with salad and naan bread. Might go in search of some pudding later, or there's lots of rhubarb in the freezer so perhaps a crumble.

Chinese takeaway

Quorn, leek and mushroom pie tonight with white bean mash and peas, leftover rhubarb crumble and custard for pudding.
