Today we (me & the missus) had Taglietelle with home-made Ragu sauce - seen on Simply Italian last week - followed by home-made Mango and Lime cake - as seen in this months Asda magazine.

That sounds divine!
We missed lunch so just had some roast chicken in a coronation style sauce with salad and naan bread. Might go in search of some pudding later, or there's lots of rhubarb in the freezer so perhaps a crumble. Mmm, I love rhubarb crumble ![]() I've been back at my dad's as of yesterday. Last night he did cheese and tomato omelette with sauteed potatoes and tonight it was pork in a yummy creamy sauce with mashed potato and vegetables. |

Last night I cooked a lasagne. I have mine with a massive salad whereas hubby has baked beans. Tonight we are having southern fried chicken, salad and a buttered crusty roll.

I'm going to try that braised Aubergine dish from the new Ken Hom and Ching's series - Ken makes it as Ching hates greasy aubergine, so do I - so I'm looking forward to this.
