You called Liverpool fans out earlier. We are just giving our opinion. Anyway I'm definitely going now. There are some great CFC fans on here. I have to say code blue I wouldn't include you in that bracket. Very blinkered! Have a good evening.

Boring draw, but i would have taken it before the match. Clean sheet a good sign, but we werent great today. Man city werent much better.

0-0 at home - get used to it.

we are playing the team above us, who will probably finish above us - a clean sheet is an acceptable result.

Happy with that. City are a quality team and we are off form so its ok to get a draw and clean sheet.

With any luck we might be able to make it a few days without having something to discuss. No racism, no managerial changes, no.......

I don't know, even watching at home it all felt a bit subdued today.
Difficult to be positive in the circumstances, but the defence did look tighter and Mikel/Ramires appeared more focused. I thought Cole and Ivanovic were excellent, Cesar (can't be bothered trying to spell his last name) again looks promising.
Unfortunately, I think we suffered going foward. Hazard and Mata were nowhere near as effective as they have been recently. Torres ?..same old problem I'm afraid. He tried, but he's easily muscled off the ball these days, and he's lost several yards of pace.
Oscar played a sensible game, doesn't he always ? He's the purchase of the season for me, several seasons in fact. All right, £25m is a lot of money, but it will look a real bargain in a couple of years, mark my words.

Did all we could do with what we had on the pitch.

Is that what they mean by damning with faint praise ?

Why did Rafa bring off Mikel for Romeu? Wouldn't it have made more sense taking Mikel off and subbing on Marin for a few minutes? We did look much more solid today; our attacking players actually decided to track back today. That being said, why hire Rafa in the first place? Robbie had talked about going back to basics and being more defensive and given time, I think Robbie would have made us a more solid team. It was a nice touch seeing all the fans at the 16th minute showing support to Robbie. Also, nice to see DD at the bridge too.

Will your World Club Cup match(es) be broadcast in this country, if so, does anyone know which channel they will be shown on?

No cutting edge for us up front, Torres is soooo slow these days. Positive is that for the first time in bloody ages we looked defensively tight. Need to bring in a striker in January to bolster the forward line.

It's usually on ITV4, I think. Can't say it's something I've ever looked out for.

edit - Details of live coverage of the 2012 FIFA Club World Cup on TV in the UK have not yet been announced.

Feeling pretty meh about the whole thing. Tribute on 16mins was a nice touch and the thank you banners for Di Matteo.
