Reflections, your PM was Carlisle, correct? How was he as PM? And how do you feel the task went for you?

Carlisle was a really amazing PM! He had a tough job ahead of him, but he really pulled out all of the stops and had faith in our team members! There were some problems which could swing the win to the other team, but I have to remain optimistic!
I think Carlisle was an excellent project manager, especially during the creative stages of the process. He managed ideas really well, delegated brilliantly and generally had everything under control. The task went quite well I think - we had a few mishaps in the pitches, but otherwise I hope we did a good job.
Carlisle was an exceptional PM. He made sure everyone knew what they were doing and did very well when we got into dilemma's - he handled them very well. I feel he made decisions well and appropriately. He gave very good ideas which we actually ended up going for. He gave great input into the pitch, overall, I thought he was sensational PM he handled us really well.
As for the task I feel we all worked fantastically well together and listened to everyone's ideas.
And Viveza, you had Justin as PM; how did that work out? Did the task go well?

I think Justin was a good project manager as he contributed well to the task and on the first day he was very good in leading. However, i dont think he delegated well and as a result people were just doing what they wanted to.
I can't really speak to my own PM skills, however, I think the task went well, despite a few bumps in the road I feel very confident in the ideas we put forth both individually and as a team.

I agree with this. Some people didn't do what they should have as a result from what I've heard from other team members.
Sorry, I'm here. I would say Justin was a good PM as he was here for the entire brainstorming period and was quite easy to contact for the majority of the task. I would say he felt more like a team member than a PM, but he was a good team member!

So you'd say that there was a lack of effective management?
