I would have to say that one of my faults as PM that I viewed after taking a step back was that I could have delegated tasks better. I think my leadership, however, was very effective during the bulk of the task's planning and brainstorming periods - afterwards, when we broke off into subteams, I didn't see as much for me to do outside of my team, where I think Katie and I worked effectively well together.

At one or two points but apart from that I thought Justin was a good PM.

I also had ^this^ issue to deal with, where I was left, as Poth said, very much in the dark and thus was unable to adequately assign roles to the team as I didn't even know where some of my team members were at certain points in time.

I do, however, agree with Naruto that ultimately while my leading was adequate, there were spots where I could have improved. That being said, I was blessed with several team members who were able to take initiative at points in time where I was absent/unable to delegate roles, so that was overall compensated for.

Okay, all fair points.

Moving on - Team Reflections, can you give a quick, one-sentence explanation of your idea? And Viveza, can you do the same?

I actually think you dealt with that issue very well Justin.

Aliens Vs Warriors is a collectable range of toys where children have the freedom to choose which side they would want to side with and aspire to collect all of the different classes within their side.

Urban Zoo is a fun, multifunctional game which children and parents can relate to.

Urban Zoo is an all new toy, designed to inform and educate children, without being patronizing.

Thank you, Aliyah.

Yes, Lord Sugar, I can provide a description. Our product, entitled "Aliens VS Warriors," was a toy designed to appeal to a broad range of ages and genders through it's collectable nature and the imaginative possibilities of a free-range "battle" system between the two teams. Ultimately, it inspires friendly competition and passion in young children.

Urban Zoo is a game allowing children to construct their own ideal zoos, also containing a blank set of collectable cards.

Not trying to start anything but that was more than one sentence

Urban Zoo is a fantastic zoo management and card game duo that work hand in hand to provide both a fun, playtime experience and some degree of learning.

Thank you to members from both teams - though if not for Gav's and Carlisle's descriptions, I'm not sure viewers reading this thread would have a clue what Urban Zoo is.

As for the pitches, I've heard about these from the buyers, but were there any problems there on either side?

I was pitching solo, and my laptop crashed twice. Other than that, things went pretty well.

Thank you, Val, I am glad that one of us is paying attention to the rules and is so willing to enforce them unnecessarily

And I was pitching solo as well, but Katie did help write the pitch and I felt I was very equipped to answer questions by myself after the fact.

I have to disagree. I thought your pitch to Kevin was a complete shambles.

Well, yesterday Harry's pitch sort of went rolling down a hill, due to internet problems. However, he did cut 1/2 half the content out as well. And after seeing his answers to the questions, they weren't as informed as they could've been.

I noticed Harry cut half his pitch, this to me seems unprofessional as Carlisle sent everyone the pitch that we should have followed. Other then that having read everyone else's pitches things seemed to go well.

Yes. On my subteam Justin set up a time for us to present our pitch after I wrote it and the time didn't suit me and therefore I wasn't able to present the pitch and answer questions on the pitch I wrote and I feel if the time Justin took suited both of us the pitch may have went better as there would have been two people answering the buyers questions rather than one. Also I've heard Poth didn't write his pitch although now it seems to have been for a personal reason so if it is then that's understandable in my opinion.

They weren't 'informed' - was that Harry's fault? Or was it the fault of a general lack of communication between team members?
