I told you this on MSN and I'm not blaming you for the costing thing and I sent you the PM and told you my concern about the quality of the products which I also sent to aliyah and I told you my concerns about pricing on MSN and also mentioned the quality problem to Zak.

I absolutely agree with you haha
You should fire Poth, Lord Sugar. He was barely helpful, not present at all outside of initial planning, and provided unnecessary drama to the team. While Katie was hard to reach, she did work and do her part, and I ultimately feel she shouldn't be fired.

Right, Im not gonna try to argue with this, I should be the one to leave and i want to leave.
For me this feels like i have to do this more than I want to do this as a hobby or for fun.
These two people are hard workers who deserve this place more than me, Ive been down with the flu all week, i have had some serious family issues this week and put this game before them, so i am taking this too serious, I did no pitch this task cos of it and did not feel in the mental state or physical state to do it,
So yeah i should be the fired one tonight not Katie or Justin who are two brilliant workedrs
For me this feels like i have to do this more than I want to do this as a hobby or for fun.

If possible can we try and do it on Thursday it would suit me much better as the BR would probably be on Monday and I'm busy Monday Night but if other people want it to be Friday that's OK and I'll miss the BR.

And this reminds me, if any candidates will need to miss large parts of any task, please let me know in advance so I can try and work around it. I can't do much if you let me know after everything else is sorted.

I'd actually really prefer Friday, sorry about this!
But Thursday would be really bad for me, I don't mind any other day, sorry!

I would be happy with the task this Thursday, as I won't be able to make the board room then.
Also, after this week, I won't be able to make Thursdays, so I wouldn't mind a change if that's ok with everyone else, if not I can catch up over the weekend.

Your team have nothing but praise for you as a Project Manager, however I admit that I was less impressed. You weren't bad, but I think a few very crucial points missed you (your retail price, how the pitches were to be written and how the winner was actually being decided) and I think without Gav, overall, the task wouldn't have been the success it was. That said, I do think you were very good when it came to listening to your team and managing the subteams etc and, of course, the winning idea was yours.

You did a fantastic job with the costings, although there were a few mistakes with the margins. However, on the creative front you were pretty poor, which I think you yourself are aware of. Despite this, if you hadn't put in the adequate research to find the cheapest materials to produce your product, your team probably would have lost.

You were decent on this task, Jess! I would say, however, that going to Kevin after Harry had finished pitching was quite devious and that kind of underhand behaviour is unacceptable.
