Samsung 3D glasses?
Bazarama
09-04-2012
Hi I have the Samsung PS50C7000 3D tv. Yesterday I bought the Samsung HT-E4500 3D surround blu-ray system.

With my TV I got 1 pair of glasses and would like to get a second pair.

I presume I will have to get glasses compatible with the TV (2010 model) rather than glasses compatible with the blu-ray player. Can someone confirm for me?

Obviously if it is the case then its going to be a lot harder to get the glasses for a discontinued TV! Anyone got any good suggestions where/what I can get?

Thanks

B

Don't know where you would get them but you would definitely need them to be compatible with the TV.

Samsung, hopefully, should be able to help

or the retailer you originally bought it from

Also have a look here

Yeah it would have to be glasses that were compatible with your TV.
Be warned though that most if not all of the Samsung 3D glasses for sale on amazon are for 2011 tv models. Your best bet would be to contact Samsung and see if they have another pair that go with your tv or google the model number of the glasses and see if they are available for sale from any retailers.

DON'T just purchase any pair of Samsung's in the hope that they will work as they probably won't.

What's the model number of the glasses that came with the TV as this could help others help you.

Thanks very much, obviously at that price there's none available

Anyone got stock available near them, who might offer to buy them for me and I'd pay to cover postage and cost etc? A long shot, but worth asking I suppose!!!!!

Found these on amazon but they are kind of expensive and not many left but at least you would have the pair your after.
I had to get 2 pairs of SSG-3100's and when I found them they were £60 per pair so I bought the set that came with "Mega Mind 3D" as it worked out cheaper. Active glasses can be and often are expensive

Managed to get a pair from Currys online, delivered for £19.97. Not a bad price at all I thought.

They're the same ones as I have already SSG-2100AB
