Who do you think might suddenly become a front runner and even win the show?

Some reason I'm thinking either Jade or Tom, both have been in the background so far, but I can see them as people who might make it far.

Tom for me. He and Jade have been sidelined against more obvious frontrunners such as Duane, Katie and Nick. I think both him and Jade will get to the final with one of them possibly winning.

Stephen. I don't particularly like him, but I think he's the dark horse.

He reminds me of Jedi Jim, both in their 30s and sales managers.

Jade for the girls
Tom for the boys.

They've been hiding Jade a bit, while giving her a little bit of positivity as being one to watch.
Tom is giving me Chris from series 6 vibes. Where he's probably the blandest guy of the lot but it feels like he's going to blossom and become a real contender in later episodes.

I wonder if Katie's headed for a total redemption, or if she's headed for a fall. I mean the difference between episode 1 and 2 was like night and day.

I agree Jade and Tom have been given clever edits - positive but not outstanding, and being seen to be active in the tasks without dominating them. I'm pretty sure both of them will get to the final.

Katie could well get there too - I can see her and Jade being the last 2 girls, although I am seeing shades of Harry M from Junior Apprentice with her - she is shown (from episode 2 anyway) to be trying to take an active part in the tasks but the others not listening to her or recognising her contributions..... and Harry got as far as the Semis despite losing every week!

Yes, I think that she will the standard pretty girl just missing out on the final five (Miriam, Naomi, Liz, Melody).
