The singer's brother and manager of the cafe, Danny, said: "The problem is being Peter's shop is that we're always under scrutiny... we try our utmost to do everything we can the right way, keep everything above board - the shop's always spotless." So because it's PA's shop, it's always under scrutiny? Meaning what exactly?? That they're being unfairly picked on because the shop is owned by a zelebrity? ![]() Anyone? |

Bull muck Danny... No one would give you special attention because your brother owns the place. What a pathetic excuse for poor hygiene

The real reasons for his cafe failing have emerged
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...=feeds-newsxml It was more than just incorrectly placed tiles or whatever nonsense his management was spewing. |

Well well well .. Mr Andre and his management told fibs eh?.... I knew it was more than a few tiles. The inspectors didn't pick on him cos he is a celebrity they picked on him cos his place was dirty. Incorrect storage of cooked/none cooked foods is a major thing in catering? People can die of food poisoning.
What I also find odd is the mail isn't allowing comments on this article. It's not a legal situation so why no comments allowed? Is it cos DW works for the paper? A bit of friend power maybe |

The only place to go for coffee in Brighton is Choccywoccydoodah. Lovely coffee, chocolaty wonderfulness, quirky and original decor... heaven! After dining there, franchises just seem so bland and artificial.

Danny needs to step up and Peter needs to check more. In my opinion both are jointly to blame.
I have watched a program on Choccywoccydoodah and what they make looks delicious, DS needs a drool emoticon YUM... |

Maybe if 'we the brothers' had been less concerned about the bookshelf (such innovation!) and a 'relaxed atmosphere' and had focused more on the quality of service, they wouldn't now be staring in embarrassment at a one star rating.

I only know of that expression through my gran... ahem
