Thats it Lexi, it couldn't be down to the refrigerated bench from Portugal - they were the first in Europe to have one (looks like Portugal didnt want one!).

The singer's brother and manager of the cafe, Danny, said:

"The problem is being Peter's shop is that we're always under scrutiny... we try our utmost to do everything we can the right way, keep everything above board - the shop's always spotless."

So because it's PA's shop, it's always under scrutiny? Meaning what exactly?? That they're being unfairly picked on because the shop is owned by a zelebrity?

Anyone?

Bull muck Danny... No one would give you special attention because your brother owns the place. What a pathetic excuse for poor hygiene

And they didn't recognise it as being not just any dirt...but Pa dirt. The dirt of a DOTY. Divine Dirt. The Dirt Formally belonging to a man who owns Fezza.

Have they no shame in their evil bullying of this great man???

I bet they were just upset because he wasn't there for a photo op.

I bet they were secret KP fans and deliberately pretended to be *neutral* but really were out to have a go at Pete to defend the honour of the Pwincess of Plastic and MOTY. Bet they even shouted 'Woooooooo' as they filed the report

The real reasons for his cafe failing have emerged
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...=feeds-newsxml

It was more than just incorrectly placed tiles or whatever nonsense his management was spewing.

The guff that crowd spin! Anyone with basic cop on knew that you don't get 1 star for a misplaced sink! I hope they've sorted it out. I'd hate to think they were slapdash and amateur simply because they knew people would visit simply because it's Peter Andre's place and not have to bother with proper sanitary conditions.

The report added that the owners had violated statutory health and safety requirements by not informing workers of health and safety law.
And his excuse that he is 'new to buisness' is rather pathetic, he was seen in his TV series going around with someone from a leading coffee chain.

Is he really saying he never checked what was required before openning the gaff...or they passing the blame onto his brother?

Well a business with PR management as the representative, can see it's doomed!

And PA plan to open his branch in Brighton? Oh poor Brighton...

Ugh, that is GRIM

No sink for food handlers to wash their hands

Raw chicken out in the open

Makes you wonder how they kept themselves clean after using the loo *insert multiple vomiting smiley's here*

Well well well .. Mr Andre and his management told fibs eh?.... I knew it was more than a few tiles. The inspectors didn't pick on him cos he is a celebrity they picked on him cos his place was dirty. Incorrect storage of cooked/none cooked foods is a major thing in catering? People can die of food poisoning.
What I also find odd is the mail isn't allowing comments on this article. It's not a legal situation so why no comments allowed? Is it cos DW works for the paper? A bit of friend power maybe

The only place to go for coffee in Brighton is Choccywoccydoodah. Lovely coffee, chocolaty wonderfulness, quirky and original decor... heaven! After dining there, franchises just seem so bland and artificial.

Danny needs to step up and Peter needs to check more. In my opinion both are jointly to blame.

I have watched a program on Choccywoccydoodah and what they make looks delicious, DS needs a drool emoticon YUM...
