That's good to see. I had it in my head that the CFWM-enhanced episode got 5.32m, but I won't argue with you.

Still think it's a travesty it doesn't get 7-8m. But I can see why many folk don't like it, much as I love it.

A ridiculous decision to axe it, thankfully reversed. I still don't sense it is much-loved at the BBC, as even though this series was in the can last September, they have rather held it back until finding a slot for it.

Fair play to The Gadget Show production team, they've come here to ask for feedback.

It's getting to the point where Seven will just be relieved to see Australia's Got Talent above the 1m mark. Excellent once again for The Voice.

TV Tonight has 1.4m for the Block and their analysis shows AGT lost to The Biggest Loser on Ten in the demos as well as The Voice/Block. Ouch.

In 2011 it rated around an average 4.6m per episode - 3 made the weekly top 30 on barb - 5.16m was the highest with the CFWM lead-in on Jan 6th. 2011. I love Tim Vine in anything, though I think Lee Mack (rather imposing) puts off some viewers, stopping it reaching 6m-7m ratings.

Australia got talent steady on last monday with revenge addign another 0.1m viewers. Next week seven are showing revenge on Monday and Wednesday as the show reaches its climax (I presume this must be mid-series climax), and can't help but thinking that they are going to shift it to Wednesdays there on in following AGT results. Also the only slot I can think that Once Upon a time might take is Mondays 7.30 when AGT goes down to 2 shows a week. Don't know if Seven will really want to throw a heavily promoted series like that under the force of the voice at its start

Rounding down has happened in TV schedules more or less since TV started, those of us watching the Top of the Pops repeats on BBC4 will see that the supposed "half hour" shows lasted about 33 minutes. In addition, every show at 10pm on C4 actually starts at about 10.03 because of adverts. I've recorded stuff off ESPN Classic - a channel that by its very nature is all recorded - that has chopped off at the end. And a decade ago ITV used to run late all the time, if you were recording anything after nine o'clock you'd have to put a good ten minutes on the tape at the end.

Watching ITV complain that The Voice overran by three minutes just makes ITV look stupid. Hasn't Britain's Got Talent regularly started at 8.03 this series? And didn't the FA Cup semi-final last week run until 8.15 despite it not going to extra time?

Apparently Gethin Jones will be teamed with Lorraine on the revamped (again) ITV Daybreak relaunching in June - a perfect time to relaunch a programme when audiences are traditionally at their lowest. Perhaps they're hoping no-one will notice.

That means when the ratings go up in September (because the schools have gone back) they can claim the new team is a resounding success.

It averaged 300k in the officials for the Monday showings and picked up more on the repeats.

So for a pay multichannel versus a FTA PSB not bad at all.
