To be fair, the whole point of publishing an article in a magazine is so that it can be discussed.

Any discussions or debates will give publicity to the article and that is what Josie wants and needs for her to be able to continue doing what she is doing. NOW have decided to renew her contract and give her a whole page, and that is because her supporters and her detractors have helped to keep her being talked about good or bad.

So it is a pretty sad state of affairs that an article written by one half of who we appreciate cannot be put on the thread and discussed fully.

One point of view was raised, and no-one else ever had a chance to agree or disagree without one rude comment being made to the poster, so that is what caused the 2 pages to disappear and not the article itself.

So I say we should discuss the article in a calm and reasonable manner. It all helps to promote her and I think Josie would be interested to see what people have to say. There have been discussions before about long distance relationships and whether they can work or not, and this is what it is all about.

I agree with you, Alma, about NOW giving her a bigger column. They will want controversy. Last week's caused a storm. This week has. Whether it actually creates bigger sales, I don't know. Or more website hits - who knows? But all NOW are interested in is that their mag is being touted around twitter, DS or wherever over and above other mags. And - LOL - here I am mentioning them - not once but twice.

I don't think it was the mag article, Maggi. It was the reaction to it that caused posts to be deleted and as often happens everything gets deleted because it seems some people can't discuss - as Alma above said - calmly.

We aren't splitting up ...yet, but were both worried about the future and any plans we had for a wedding are on hold. We've even sorted out a custody agreement for the dog in case we can't sort things out, its like Kramer versus Kramer.

Lukey just is'nt getting work here and its bugging him. Hand on Heart I know that if he stayed here and had to rely on me I would get the hump. I also feel like a Mother hen who has made things all nice and perfect, but my cock does'nt want to come home to roost. (oi not that way).
