It covered her double mastectomy surgery, the embryo implantation just a few days later and Guiliana and Bill getting the news from their Dr of the pregnancy just before New Year's Eve. I shed a few tears for them and their happy news.

It has been quite a journey for them to get to this point and they have shared much of it with the public.
