Will TV Stars be a shopping channel or something a lot better?

I should think the chances of it being "a lot" better are minimal.

I would imagine with its name, TV Star, perhaps one of them celeb news and crap type channels?

It looks like post DSO only for the new channels, can any one let me know which Muxes they are on please? I suspect Arq A or Arq B.

TV News has been on Freeview before at LCN90 and is probably being used by Arqiva to insulate LCN89 Al Jazeera from the expected-to-be-renumbered LCN91 ADULT Section.

There was a TV News a few years back, showing 'entertainment' news, celebrities, movie releases etc. It was always more suited to the general entertainment section of EPG. I assume it is going to be the same, and as suggested above, TV Stars will more than likely be very similar.

I wonder why they skipped LCN 61?

Because it has already been allocated to something that hasn't launched yet?

Last month, it was reported that Discovery was pondering a launch of TLC on Freeview. But given their previous experience of launching a Freeview channel (any remember the aborted Quest launch?), I'm not holding my breath.

And how often has dmol rules been broken to benefit themselves don't tell me you forgotten the old CNN placeholder. It used to drive me barmy because everytime there was a retune I would be asked to goto my grandparents house and remove it. The figured out how to retune but not remove channels it was so annoying

3 months is for launching, I don't think they have a similar rule for closed channels relaunching.
