I prefer Lil' Kim: she's a better rapper, in my opinion and has several songs that I like. The only song I like from Drake is 'Best I Ever Had'.

Which rapper do you prefer?

Lil' Kim. Drake's music is really boring. I like What's My Name but only because it's more a Rihanna song.

What an odd pairing

It's like putting Tina Turner against Kate Bush in a vote

Both in the same genre but extremely different artists.

Hmm...odd pairing indeed

Lil Kim hands down! No disrespect to Drake, but Kim used to be invincible. Lyrically, in terms of delivery and even her video clips and magazine covers, which, whether people choose to give her credit or not, were indeed game changing for females, place her on another level. If you listen to 'Hardcore' or 'Notorious K.I.M', you'll see what I mean

'I may be hardcore but I'm not Jeffrey Dahmer'.

For me Lil Kim. I had forgotten how good she is til I listened to 'Revolution' from Notorious KIM again. Grace Jones also kills it.

'Revolution' is one of my favorites and I love 'Lil Drummer Boy' too, great story telling My favorite off of her sophomore (and one of my biggest guilty pleasures in general) is 'How Many Licks'

I love that song, too. I think my favourite song off 'Notorious K.I.M' is 'Aunt Dot'. I kept playing that song over and over when I first heard it.

And this black dude I called King Kong...

I think my favorite songs on the album are 'Notorious KIM' and 'Who's Number One'. Both are amazing! And "my n***a gone now, so who's writing my rhymes" lyric is one of her best. I think it was on 'Single Black Female'

I don't know how you can compare.

Lil Kim is in her own league.

Those are great songs, too. I can't believe I forgot that 'No Matter What They Say' is on this album. I'll have to say that is my favourite track on it. I don't know why so many people disliked the album.

'No Matter What They Say' is not my favorite. I actually think that the fact it was the lead single probably alienated some of her 'Hardcore' fanbase...It's a cool track, though

I feel like 'Notorious K.I.M' got some negative reviews because it was the follow-up to one of the most influencial hip hop albums ever. She had a lot of expectations to live up to, it wasn't easy. Still, I think the album is amazing. Actually, even though her 3rd album is more acclaimed, I prefer 'Notorious K.I.M'
