Not perfect from Colton and Skylar but they did a good job. It's a tough song but respect to Skylar for taking on that Kelly Carson part.

ETA: judges critique sounded rather like the kiss of death to me.

Love the song Hollie is doing. I liked how raw it was, she needed to edge herself up a bit.

So Jimmy actually did mean the female vote. Why not just tell Phillip to take his top off during the performance. That'll get votes.

Josh and Jessica matched each other well, but not so much with Hollie. But as a trio they gel well.

Hi . Watching on ITV2+1.

Thought Skylar was good, but nothing special about the performance. Thought Collton gave his best performance but I felt the emotion was missing from his performance; I was disappointed that I couldn't feel the pain that song needs.

Also, why do they keep teaming up Elise and Phillip in the duets. They don't seem to like each other very much, well from the VTs. I think they should keep changing up the duet partners every week.

ETA- Oh, apparently they are friends.

That was a bit messy, Hollie and Jessica sounded tired.

Probably the worst of the duets tonight. Although they were all very mediocre compared to last week when they all reeked of awesomeness.

Sorry, I didn't really rate Philip this week, he doesn't seem to be making progress to me. Comparing him to Colton, who I didn't like to begin with, I feel Colton has improved, where Philip has not.

Didn't like the Joshu, Jessica and Hollie trio at all.

Thought I'd slope on in here and give my twopenneth worth

I've liked Skylar, Joshua tonight, and Phillip, who I didn't think was as bad as the judges thought. These three are my faves, along with Elise. I like her bluesy edge, she reminds me a bit of Beth Hart.

I just can't stand Jessica's voice! It really goes through me, and makes me think of Jessie J. I appreciate they have good voices but they just go through me.

Also, I feel something's lacking with Colton, he's OK but not all that special, for me.

Hollie's good but seems to lack a little edge to her. The trio with her, Joshua and Jessica was pretty awful though.

I liked Elise again tonight.

Back....her friend was funny.

Elise on piano.....everything is banking on this performance... the final words from both guys.

She certainly holds that stage well...like her performance if Jimmy has words to say about it.

Really liked Elise's performance. She doesn't seem that popular over there, and I am just hoping she is not in the bottom again this week.

My top three this week Joshua, Elise and Jessica, with Hollie very close behind.

No-one was bad at all tonight, but some performances just bored me, so I may sometimes be biased by the song choice.

Hi AI forumers! I haven't read the thread yet so haven't seen what others think, but here is my review:

skylar - so mumsy for a teen the farrah fawcett hair is killing me. she looks about 35. so bored of her country music. i get that its big in america so its not like shes alienating the audience, but i can't be doing with it.

colton - even though he hit the notes, i didn't like them. however i think he is very talented and can hold your attention.

elise/phillip - ew at the romance stuff. I didn't watch last week so missed their first duet. she was awkward to watch as usual and he looked like a member of crew who wandered onto the set.

Jessica - thought she did well, as I've never heard that song before but enjoyed her performance. has maturity in her voice.

Hollie - Did they always make a big thing about her being British? I didn't see auditions, and I didn't realise she was scouse for the first few weeks of the lives. Are they hyping up her britishness so people won't vote for her (since its american idol). I thought she was fine, and the silence in the audience was weird.

skylar/colton - skylar you don't need to protest, i believe you 100% when you say you are not dating colton. more likely you gave birth to colton.

hollie/josh/jessica - what a weird VT! designed to just feature jessica looking left out and make hollie look like some weirdo toddler being pulled around by josh. I hated the performance but thats not my sort of music.

josh - memo to steven tyler. somehow, i don't think josh is getting that woman's number. just a hunch. the song was ok but I find him a bit screechy.

phillip - tonight was productive, i decided that phillip would definitely get it. wasn't paying attention to the song but it sounded like his usual growly shouty stuff. agree with jennifer - he is being boring and needs to branch out.

elise - didn't one of the FMs on here predict you and I for Elise? I can't help it - i find her incredibly awkward to watch. they are trying to make her something she isn't. she seems like a nice person I'm just cringing every time she's on the stage

I agree with all of what you said there.

What Hollie is British? i didn't know that until top 7 show. So that explains why the judges are being so horrible to her. I knew there was a reason they wanted her gone. They don't want a British person winning thier show and i thought America was about talent? Clearly racist if they are belittling her for being British.

I already know who's gone as my friend and I were waiting on Twitter to see if her favourite Colton was safe...my favourite was Erika so obviously she wasn't, but I got a tweet from her which was awesome! She reckoned she was gonna have a Twitter party and I waited up until 5am which wasn't as crazy as it sounds as my friend and I were chatting until 4am, she then went an postponed her party til tonight, silly Erika!

Anyway, yeah my parents forgot to record AI for me when I went out last night, where can I find the show in full online?
