Hi...

Does anyone else have problems trying to access Wifi using O2?

I click on the O2 icon at the Openzone landing screen and it always asks for my number. I type it in then it says sorry it hasn't worked or this number is already registered however the wifi doesn't work.

It's at a proper open zone hotspot not fon.

Can anyone help or advise?

If free WiFi with BTopenzone is included with your contract and you have previously connected with another phone. It needs to be reset. I think you can text WIFI to 2121 or fill out the form on O2's website https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=29&q1=26

I have done a wifi reset.... and still have the problem.

Does the wifi 2121 work for openzone ? I thought that was just for the cloud (when o2 used the cloud also)

What are O2 saying about it?
