Gluten free ideas
Next weekend I've got someone visting who is a gluten free vegetarian. For one meal I'm making them a bean burger. I've no problem with the burger, I've made one before and it was pretty decent.
However, I'm unsure as to what to put it in. I've been told that I can get gluten free bread rolls but that they're not very good and can be quite heavy. Has anyone had any experience with this? Can anyone recommend anything to use to form the "bread part" of the burger? Cheers. |

I would not bother with a substitute bread roll at all. Just call it a bean pattie and serve with a salad and some potatoes of some discription.

Sounds good. There is no reason why the other diners can't have a bun with their burger. I am sure your guest wont mind.. they can have an extra pattie instead.
