My number one choice to be axed would be Tina - she brings nothing to the show (except dull storylines) and I've never liked her since she's been separated from David. She ruined Graeme's character and her current storyline with Tommy is just awful.

Michelle Keegan (who plays Tina) isn't a very good actress either - she has the emotional range of a teaspoon.

I'm sorry, yes you have a point. Maybe give them a good plot or two and they'll be as good as ever. I like Roy, he's clever and people underestimate him and make fun of him but they end up being the fools.

You get a lot of this with nice looking girls. They look nice but don't act well.. Reminds me of the gold snout in the nose of a pig.

Carla - Just don't like the character and feel she dominates too much. Give someone else a chance.

Michelle - The acting is dreadful and there is nothing left for her to do. She is surplus to requirements.

Sean - I really can't stand the character or the actor.

Maria and Kirk - Both have had their day.

Emily - Serves little purpose any more.

Dev, Sunita, Adsa and Aldi - Boring and could be replaced with a more interesting family.

Toxic - Appalling character who needs to go. Bringing her back and letting her off with murder was a big mistake and sets a terrible example. She needs to go back into prison and as soon as possible.

Auntie Pam - A pointless character now that Molly has left.

Kirsty - Just hate the aggressive mare, she needs to go.

Eva and Karl - I haven't warmed to them at all.

Fizz and Chesney - Have had their time and could make way for more interesting characters.

It was announced in the papers back at the time that Eileen Derbyshire was "looking forward to her retirement" and her character of Emily was to be killed off when attacked by Richard Hillman.

I agree a few people need to go however with a few interesting plots some of them may be saved? Or am I wrong?

Here is my list:
Dev ( Possibly Kids)- I really don't like the character, Sunita is alright and the Kids might be if they had more screen time
Sean- Obvious
Michelle- She's not much of a improvement on Sean
Paul- Irritating Character, the storyline with Leslie has closed, why is he there?
Emily- Doesn't really have anything to do at all anymore
Kirk- His Time has passed now, the character has nothing to do and hardly any scenes
Maria- Like Kirk, time has past and really boring now
Faye- Annoying

I Know it looks like quite a lot for a short time but it would be worth it, if Emily got a decent storyline then i would opt to save her from this list but the others cannot be saved.

I agree with this also, Michelle Keegan is rubbish and Tina isnt a very nice character. But this is forgiven because she is 'hot'

I'd love to see the back of Michelle so badly she has to be the most detestable character to grace the street. All she does is go around spitting poison at others - mainly Sally - and comes across as extremley arrogant. Putting her in the factory has been a terrible mistake IMO because its given her even more of a reason to act like she's the queen of sheba and lord it over everyone else whilst kissing Carla's backside. She's not even a character you can love to hate because she's not entertaining and there's absolutley no warmth to her. Carla, Sally etc (and even Tracy to some degree) play the bitch but do it with a bit of humour and wit and they've got a soft side and viewers can empathise with them and root for them. Michelle on the other hand just comes across as petty and nasty and throughly unlikeable.
