No they dont, some might, but most just get a £ or two per delivery , like waiters and waitresses most of their wages are made up with tips. If it wasn't for tips it would not be worth their while doing it and the shop would have to charge more for delivery
So the employers dont pay the minimum wage?

No, why should I? They're doing a job that they get paid for. I don't get tipped at work.
^^this^^^

I never tip in resturants either, I rarely tip anyone unless they have gone over and beyond which is rare.

I always tip at least £2. It probably makes a big diffrence to someone doing that job and I wont miss it.

No. The food is expensive enough as it is, without adding tips on top.

I do if the delivery is on time and the food is at least warm. If they take over an hour to get to my door, and the pizza is stone cold then they get nothing, I used to tip all the time no matter what, but after a while I was just getting fed up of the food never getting here quickly and always being cold - to the point that it was inedible - so I started cutting the tip down or stopping the tip all together, finally I just stopped ordering from them.

If I have the right change I'll just give them it, I always spend a decent amount anyway. If not I'll just round it up and that. Although started paying online by card now which is loads easier, and the food seems to come faster.
