Okay, was there a CD in the box with the phone at all that installs software onto a PC??

Or, is there a memory card in the phone that you can remove and plug into the computers memory card reader?

You could try emailing them to yourself. I usually do mine through the phones software, but its handy for the odd pic.

The phone has a micro-SD slot which is where the photos should be.

Also you should be able to use the following software for connection to a PC as its apparently the same phone
