can i take or do to get better..this is my third one this year, and im so fed up today..Back in work tom, so i need to feel better..I keeping warm and drinking fluids..Got no fruit in, as they say to eat fruit..Had a nice chicken dinner at lunch time with veg etc..but still feel hungry..Will make summat for tea soon..Alsl ive lost my lipsy, and got dry and sore lips..blowing my nose doesnt help either..i just feel sorry for myself..any tips to get bit better ..just had a lemsip, so cant take anything yet till later..i hate having a cold

Do you have any Olbas Oil? You could try putting that in a bowl with boiling water, pop a towel over your head and lean over the bowl. Or even just plain steam from boiling water would be worth a try

hi..yeah i have olbas oil..and those menthol crysals..i will use them after when i have a bath..i put some in the sink when the steam comes into room, it clears things up..

Take zinc. It boosts your immune system so may help you to get over it faster and may help to keep future colds at bay. Seems to be working for me and I have an almost 2 year old who has had 3 or 4 colds since Christmas but they barely touch me.
