Poor season so far

Even though they has been series much worser than the current one, you always rooted for a candidate.

I find the entire cast now either pretty unlikable, dull or just useless.

May be it's apprentice fatigue kicking in!

Support Tom then

But seriously I agree compared to other seasons this is not the best, but I like the cast more this year then I did last year, the only one I liked was Melody, but I like the look of a few this year

There is no such word as "worser"

I agree it's been poor so far. Nick seems bored to tears.

That's the problem. The are all intensely unlikeable.

That applies to several other series too though.....

I don't find any of them unlikeable as such. I just don't really find any of them likeable either. None of them really stand out as big characters and therefore I don't have much of an opinion on any of them yet.

Do you really want to watch random people bickering? The answer is probably no but that's all The Apprentice seems to be nowadays.

It used to be that the tasks involved real effort and took up most of the programme but now they're short and artificial. Half the show is taken up by boardroom but we've see too little of the tasks to form much of an opinion about the contestants. Consequently it's just dreary.

I do find that the women in this series, as in last years, are all screechy and love to shout each other down. Perhaps they think this is the way to be assertive? Who knows. It is good when they are talked down to by LS and especially the interview stage.

This season is also not up to scratch for me but I do have a favourite in Tom and a least favourite in the awful Adam...

So far the task have been won or lost for little to no reason. Failures mainly been down to badly completing menial tasks not related to business acumen (like painting furniture, cooking sauce or printing bags etc) Unless LAS is looking for the next Martha Stewart I don't see how any of this can be relevant.

We need to see some stroke of genius or talent like a Jedi Jim sale, or else some act of utter stupidit y for comedy value!

The candidates are neither competent or incompetent and that is boring. Many of the candidates seem annoying but there isn't any real baddies and goodies. We don't know much about them really.

Given the new prize and how the winner is chosen based on candidates background and business ideas I think the programme edit somehow needs to tell you more about the candidates outside of the programme and give you some hint about what they are planning... + somehow relate this to their task performance.

This is very true.

Perhaps the makers colud learn from this next year and add in an extra show one week before the main show starts to actually introduce us to the candidates and their business ideas...

Adam looks ripe for some comedy gold but hasn't quite gotten their yet.

From the preview clip I think he is project leader next week so this could be it!!

All of the candidates seem very middle of the road so far. Normally there's at least one wacky one, or one who has strokes of genius matched with moments of complete and utter incompetence. This lot just seem reasonably capable but not particularly interesting.
