The task went very well for Reflections as a team. For me I thought I contributed in this one much more then the previous two.

& Gav was an outstanding PM. He listened to everyone's ideas and created some himself. He managed us exceptionally, I thought he was a near perfect PM.

I think Gav was a great PM, only criticism was sometimes it lengthened out too long for him to choose our act, but I guess that was a team thing, so yes, he did great

The task went considerably well for our team, we all have a good taste of music, so that helped us narrow down the selection of acts, and we worked well and cooperated well with each other. Gav was generally a good PM, sometimes he lacked control, and wasn't as up front with making decisions as he could've been.

I think it took me a while to get into it - I was trying not to offend anyone so we took too long to make certain decisions at the start, and I was a little unorganized on the first night, but after I got into it a bit more, I would hope I did a good job.

I thought the task went quite well, personally. I would say it was probably the least stressful task I’ve participated in & the atmosphere of the team seemed genuinely quite friendly for the majority. Also, we were finished with over a day to spare so we were quite organised in my opinion. From that, I thought Louise was a good project manager, she handled the team quite well & delegated tasks just fine. I would say I wasn’t given enough to do, but I can understand that as I was unavailable from 6PM to 11PM on the Friday night when the tasks were being delegated, but I made up for it in other ways, such as: proofreading, editing & assisting Naruto with the theme & staging. To answer your question, the task went well!

Okay. I like Gav as a person but I don't think he was the best PM. (Actually, i'd say, of the two i've had so far, the worst.) But, I think he already knows that and he was a lot better today when he seemed to have gotten in to it and found his stride.

I honestly disagree with this, Gav made excellent decisions whilst listening to other ideas. I sadly wasn't in the discussion where we chose Katy B.

The members of the team who were online at the time drew up a list of ideas individually, and then we voted and the best idea from each person went into the 'top 4'. Then we narrowed it down to Katie Melua, and Katy B, and we spoke for ages about it, and then Gav chose Katy B, and we went from there!

We all were given a 'category', so I was to look at artists for comebacks, someone would look at foreign artists, etc. We all voted in the acts of each category making a final 4. The final 4 was Katy B, Katie Melua, Brandy and One Direction. We decided from there, and a majority vote decided Katy B. I do think some people could have been a bit more positive about our choice, though

Louise was a great PM, she delegated efficiently and was very organised and planned so everyone knew what they were doing.

The task went ok, there were some minor issues on which artist we should pick but at the end of the day we produced a good pitch and everyone worked together really well, with a great atmosphere.

You weren't IN the discussion process at all, so you don't even know what happened!

I wanted to take everyone's choices into account, so we went through a long, drawn out process of researching into different areas - quirky acts, big acts, comebacks etc and then narrowing it down. We had quite an intense discussion on Friday that lasted too long, but eventually we settled on Katy B as opposed to the other viable suggestion - Katie Melua.

I thought Louise was quite a good PM. Although I didn't agree strongly with the decision for the artist she selected for us to do the tour on, I did back it and think she did really well and managed us. She was a lot better than the last PM I worked for.

I said, I meant he made appropriate decisions when I was here, sorry for the confusion.

TBH, I think once we had decided everything was fine, but I feel the minority was quite negative about the idea of Katy B, and as I was saying, we had to stay as a team, and overall, we had decided as a team, from there, it's not turning back, we have to get the work done, I just feel they weren't particularly thinking the same.

I don't think it negatively damaged our time keeping, as by Friday night at around 10/11 we could start on our individual tasks, and began to discuss.

I think our pitch is well rounded, and although we could've expanded even further, I believe we've done a really good job on our pitch!

We went through a lot of acts to find a suitable artist and Louise and Justin i believe came up with the idea of using a disney artist and then we chose Demi Lovato as a result. Not everyone wanted Demi including myself but everyone worked on it and it was a good atmosphere.

I think the weaker point was the Support Acts - there was a lot of controversy over the ones we had picked and whether they were suitable as a support act.

I didn't notice any negative vibe, besides I don't think we took too long as even if we had more time we probably wouldn't have done anything differently, in fact if we wanted we could have had more time. There seemed to be a lot of questions about the promotion etc so perhaps we could have been more detailed about that.

People seemed to want to take different tasks, so everyone had something to do on the first night, so I don't think it had a negative impact time-wise, but there was a bit of bad feeling built up between some of the team members after the discussion. I'm really happy with our overall pitch, however, the commenters seemed to criticise our act selection in relation to the number of dates we had.

This 'minority' was me, but once we had been told that we was absolutely 100% going for Katy B, I put my all into doing the task I had been delegated, and even did extra on top. I do feel as though you're making out as though I was negative and hesitant throughout the whole task, when in reality it was over a course of around 20 minutes on Friday night, immediately after the decision was made.

In Viveza we brainstormed for two hours on who we could choose as our artist and everyone had their own ideas. My suggestion where Adele, One Direction, Florence & The Machine and Susan Boyle as I felt they had worldwide success and could do a worldwide tour. Initially the team settled on Jessie J. But then I pointed out to Louise Jessie J had already done multiple dates in other countries and Louise was quite adamant that we selected an artist who hadn't done a world wide tour.

Demi was suggested in the brainstorm and we voted on who to go for and Demi got the most votes. I personally think we should have went for someone with more worldwide album sales as Demi flopped in most of the countries she's performing in on our tour however I still kept working at the task and raised my concerns about using an artist who didn't have much worldwide success to our PM. However, she wanted to use an artist who hasn't done a world tour.

ETA: As well as not maybe using the best artists. I do think the theme of the tour and the example staging in our pitch was very vague particularly in comparision to the other team's pitch and I do think a lot more could have been done to improve the pitch in that part.

To be honest, you were MSN'ing me the whole of the next morning saying 'I can't believe we're using Katy, Katie Melua would be so much better'. We are a team and the decision we make together sticks, it was something I don't particularly think you got over.
