I saw the Google Street View van around 18 months ago in my town. I'm pretty sure it would've got a picture of me. The images for that spot where I was stood have still not been updated. How often is one particular area of Street View updated?

AFAIK its not updated. 18 months is about right for when they did the mapping.

my street still shows the skip in our front garden when we first moved in and gutted the kitchen..
that was july 2007.....

Dont think the photos on it for around my area have been updated since sometime in 2010.
