Hey

I really wanted the HTC One X, so i called T-mobile and agreed to buy out my contract. I had the phone on back order and found out my local store had two in stock. So i went to the store and did the upgrade there. They only asked me for £20 for the handset (which was agreed on the phone) and not the early termination fee.

I have just checked my online account and its showing my new contact.

Have i avoided the buy out?

How early did you get the upgrade? Also, how long is the contract for? Tmobile can sometimes do flexible upgrades:they add what is outstanding to an 18 month contract (e.g 3 months early, plus 18 mths, = 21 months)

They offered me the option to add it on. But i am able to get the money bacj from just terminating by selling my Galaxy S.

That hasnt been done. My new contract ends on Oct2013 which is 19 from now
