Karren really is a nasty, snidy, negative individual. The look on her face when she gives 'feedback' is very unpleasant and she seems to revel in giving people bad news about their performance.

When she was a guest, she was very different, often determined to see positives. Now she is bitter and nasty. I wonder what happened in her life to make her change?

I like her being part of the team..She is whats needed sometimes to bring the egos of the contestants back do to reality.

Oh dear, more Karren hate. Why can't people give it a rest. Nick is just the same in his comments but that's OK apparently. Karren isn't perfect, but she does her job on the show well.

Good candidate who I thought was excellent when she did the interview rounds - and she seemed to champion the feisty women then. But this series she seems grumpy and out of it.

When she gave the figures out it was engineered to make it look as if the winning team has actually lost. She knew who had won last night and was just doing what she was told.

And Nick doesn't criticise, sometimes very harshly and nastily? It's her job to report back the good and bad. The teams tend to talk about the good things so Nick and Karren mainly have to relay the bad. What evidence is there she rejoices in making people look silly? That's just projection.

As for no credibility, look up her CV. What business credibility has Nick got, he's a PR man.

I thought she was ok she knew her team had won and was just drawing it out for the cameras she looked pleased when she said However they liked it as a family thing and would like to ..... I dont know why everyone seems to dislike her shes not chic but shes professional and always makes valid points

Her views are all important to her alone and can be skewed to the point of being unprofessional. She prefers to steamroller through. I've never seen her apologise, as Nick does, whenever he feels he may have misjudged and the impression I take from her actions is that she is never wrong so isn't able to accept she may have been hasty in her judgement.

She is not professional, she rarely makes any valid points, in fact she rarely makes any points at all, because deep down she knows she is not qualified to make any. She is a feeble dimwit obsessed by women's role in the workplace.

I quite agree. I just don't understand the spite directed at Karren on this forum. First its her clothes then its any remark she makes. Of course Nick can wear what he likes and say what he likes and that is OK.

There is no spite. There is 'feedback' to Karren. Let's see how she likes it.

I disagree. She's made some important observations this series. The only example that springs to mind was about the men congratulating Nick on being PM on the first task before he'd even got the words volunteering out of his mouth. There have been others, enough to make me think she is contributing. She's on a par with Nick, basically.

A typical hallmark of successful businesswomen - they can NEVER admit they are wrong because they are shit-scared of showing a weakness (even more scared then men ever are in those positions)
