The voting is rigged.
It was only a couple of seconds (if that) after Kate announced "the phone lines are closed" that she was handed the card with the results on.
How could that have happened so fast? There wasn't enough time for the figures to be computed and then written down, or printed, on the card. I therefore conclude IT'S ALL A FIX! |

Don't the producers or whoever tell her the results down her earpiece?

I suppose they give her the latest results and I guess anyone who voted late was wasting their time and money

of course it's rigged... there's no way that they would have one manager down to one act already in the show.
I predict that another from each of the managers will go in the next few weeks so that in the final weeks they'll have one apiece. Why do you think it's not "vote for who you want out" but "vote and we'll pick who we want to go". |

Whilst they have this ludricrous "twist" I will not vote. Especially as The Leprachaun and Cruella simply gang up against Simon's act whatever they think.

Sharon seems to have realised that making negative comments about Simon's acts is not helping her own. Pity she hasn't let that buffoon Walsh into the secret

I wondered this too. How can the lines be open one second then Kate have the results the next? My partner works in TV and said that it is all computerised and automated so it is added up in a flash. I reckon the card is just a stage prop with nothing on it and the producers read her the names to announce through her earpiece.

They give Kate cards just to make it look more formal, and they always say it's close at the bottom to get more people voting.
Visualy when ordering the acts it is more likely the 3rd from bottom will actualy be put on the top to keep people guessing for next week and making more people vote. |

Does it really matter who 'officially' wins because the only real winners are simon cowell and all the other megalomaniacs that bombard us with these bloody talent contests. Simon sits there smugly every week thinking how much money he has made just during the hour program.
