Did he, or perhaps he just wasn't as far ahead in the votes as everyone thought? Perhaps he was just going through middle of the pack every week? If so, it wouldn't be a suprise if after a bad week, he dropped down the order.

Still am quite shocked Colton has gone. He was my pick to win.

Is his elimination a sign of apathy to the show that arguably the best one can't get the votes to stay in on a bad week? I don't think any of the others are worthy winners to the show.

Perhaps Josh and Jessica just aren't to my tastes but I find them awful to listen to. In some way they might be technically good singers but to my ears they don't sound nice and aren't that likeable either. Philip is just one note and boring, also not that pleasant to listen to. Elise is not very pleasant to listen to either, very awkward performer also. And Skylar - I don't think she is bad but I think there's been a lot better country singers on the show than her who didn't win. Her voice sounds a bit rough to me. Holliepops is the only one I like but she's going to have to pull something big out of the bag to be considering a contender for winning.

I'm bored of Jessica. Joshua & Philips are painful to listen too & the latter is painful to watch, he sings like he's about to make a poopoo and both when they sing those high notes look like their head is gonna explode!

She was in the middle of the pack every week, and then got the lowest votes last week.

But now judges have manipulated her to be in the lead, with their over the top reaction to her being the least voted last week.... ?

Hopefully she'll manage to stay in her vacation house till the finale


You were right not to get the love, because there were none, In case you haven't been watching the shows, she was the one to get bashed by the judges and the same last week. And in case you haven't noticed judges love mostly goes to Joshua & Jessica. Joshua got 2 S.Os. He was OK, but S.O? no. And Phillip and Jessica got all the praise. There you got the judges love


You are right, IMO they are right sometimes and wrong some other times. Not that accurate to use as result spoiler at least (and they had Colton in bottom 3 last week also and they have a big margin of error, X will end up 1-7 and they'll be right)


Never underestimate the underdog

I think the judges on this show are the most honest and call it how it is. The only fair final would be Philip, Joshua and Jessica. They are the best by some distance and are consistent every week. They give Joshua a standing ovation because he deserves it - He screams in tune.

I'm very surpised at this result. I thought that person would win. He is in the same mould as that Kris chap that won a few years ago.

I want Jessica to win, but I don't think she will. It will probably be Phillip now.

Maybe it does. It's clear now that the only one who is probably way out safe is Phillip.

Nope, I've been watching. I've been watching Hollie constantly get slated, but Elise has had plenty of praise rom the judges. Not as much as the two Js though, granted.
