Also, if I have ever had mushy peas, they are not allowed to touch anything else on the plate just in case one pea gets into the other food. Otherwise I like them.

This thread is really sad. I don't think people today in this country have ever experienced real hunger. You'd eat anything if you were hungry enough and never be fussy again.
Sad because I've realised why this country wastes so much food. |

I eat things so many times that I go off them, I'm starting to be turned off at the site of pasta and rice.

Anything wobbly, like jelly.
Worse still is anything which is both wobbly AND milky, eg: blancmange, creme caramel. Horrible. |

Olives. I can't even eat, say, a pizza with olive topping scraped off. It leaves behind that disgusting salty, bitter taste.

Sad because I've realised why this country wastes so much food. You're taking it far too seriously. But then, this thread can't be too sad that you've taken the time out of your obviously busy and eventful life to post your much needed opinion on how sad you think this thread is. Just saying. |

Sad because I've realised why this country wastes so much food. Yes we are very lucky in this country to have a choice of thousands of different foods, and now that I am an adult I'm not going to eat foods that make me feel sick. And we waste very little food in our house. Virtually all our food rubbish [which is recycled by the council] is vegetable peelings, banana skins etc. |

- liver, kidney, any offal
- coleslaw ( It's the devil's semen and it smells like petrol) - creamy stuff in general - goats cheese (there's an otherwise really good Italian restaurant in Shrewsbury where the chef's 'signature' seems to be to sneak goat's cheese in with practically everything - WHY??) - Krispy Kreme doughnuts - when I walk past the one in Cardiff and see all the Valleys bloaters queueing up to buy what seems like acres of the horrible things I nearly heave - again, WHY? They're practically pure lard and sugar! |
