Best mobile for around £50.
I've been a bit out of the mobile loop for a while now and need to get a cheapish phone to tide me over. Just something that handles calling and texting well enough. It doesn't have to have any smartphone features just the basics while still being reliable.
Mobiles are such a big part of today's culture and I need to get back in the loop.

Just pop into Asda and grab any one of their £15 range, Samsung included.
Otherwise I'd opt for a Galaxy Apollo refurbished smartphone. Turn off data so that Wifi becomes the your option when using the Web, apps and GPS From somewhere like e2save they will certainly be unlocked for any network. |

I have got an LG Viewty Snap GM360 in black on pay as you go with Tesco Mobile which I brought last year in June for around £55.00 and it is and excellent phone.
It has a 3.0 inch resistive touch screen, 5 mega pixel auto focus camera that uses a Schneider Kreuznach lens and has a single LED flash. There is also a deadecated camera button on the phone. The camera takes very good photos for a phone and it is very hand for when I am out and a about and don't have my main Panasonic digital camera with me. The video recording quality is not very good at only 10 frames per seconed it is watchable on a the phone but you won't want to watch it on a big TV or PC. Here is a google link for the LG Viewty Snap GM360 http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=LG+...&client=safari And here is a link for the LG Viewty Sanp on the offical LG web site. http://m.lg.com/uk/mobile-phones/all...ones-GM360.jsp I hope that this helps and good luck finding the mobile phone that's right for you. |

This is a very good phone from Orange - would work well with Orange Dolphin too. Has wi-fi which is rare in a budget handset! This is my phone - got this as a replacement after my Nokia N8 screwed up for £49,99: http://shop.orange.co.uk/mobile-phones/orange-stockholm Uses android, lots of cool apps and ideal

If you're not gonna use the smartphone features then don't waste your money on anything else when that'll do the job nicely.

Current basic phones are quite improved. |
