70s - Some Mothers Do 'Ave Em
80s - Blackadder/Only Fools and Horses 90s - Drop the Dead Donkey/2 point 4 Children/Brittas Empire/One Foot in the Grave/OFAH 00s - Inbetweeners/IT Crowd/Gavin and Stacey/My Family (early episodes) 10s - Miranda/Benidorm. Trickiest decade to decide by far, is the 90s. So many quality sitcoms during this period |

I dont have my own to add but I'm just amazed that, due to it's huge global popularity, Friends hasn't been mentioned once lol overexposure tainted its legacy maybe? Or the fact that as it's still shown everyday, it doesn't really feel like it belongs to a particular decade (it's now into its 3rd decade continuously showing in the UK).
