Hi! I have a sky go account ( using my dads details lol) so I went to log in on my tv to watch some movies and it's asking me to download silver light? Can this be done on a tv?

Basically no. You will need to get a TV device which can view sky and has output for the TV

There may release an app for viewing Sky Go. They've already got one on fetch tv.

Thanks for the answers. By app, do you mean an app for LG, through their system? I have one on my phone, but I hate watching movies on my phone.

yes, LG may do an upgrade in the future though don't hold your breath is my advise.
