Panasonic EX95V-Picture going to black and white then back to colour

Since the switchover the picture on my telly keeps switching to black and white then back to colour constantly. Before the 4th April I never had any problems with a brilliant colour picture. Seems to be worst on the BBC channels.

recorder : EX95V
telly : Thomson 21MG17UG, CRT
One for all SV9320 amplified indoor aerial

I would be most grateful for any help.

Just to add, Freeview is incorporated in the recorder.
