Hi all,

We are now on a second Humax "Managers Special" refurbed HDR FOX T2 bought in Feb 12. The first one started freezing on boot up and finally died. Humax replaced it and now two weeks later and now this one is refusing to accept commands from the remote control. Works with the front panel buttons, but thats it.
Replaced remote batteries but still the same. Reset it on the back, still no luck.

Pretty fed up as after owning my own 9200T for about the last 6 years with pretty much no issues and still working, I recommended this purchase to my brother so feel pretty sick. Lost all his recorded programmes first time around and now looks as though we're going there again.

Anyone else had similar ? any ideas to avoid another return?

When you press any button on the remote does the white pvr button flash red ?. If not press the white pvr button and try again.

Hi, not sure, will ring him and find out. Be great if it is ! Also I might get him to try a full factory reset to see if that clears it.
I'll post back when we've tried.
