O2 cheeky
Hi i downgraded from 600 to 300 mins as i regularly use under 300 my minutes refresh on the 17th.The day before O2 took 320mins which i had left and changed it for 10mins(they told me its the mins per day when your on 300mins).In my opinion its a bit naughty were they thinking i wouldnt check go over, therefore owe them more money. They could talk a way round it as they do but this shows no loyalty dont you think.
