It would have been released between 1999 and 2001. It was a 90's megamix album (or some similar title) Double Cd, Yellow and Orange case I think.

It had covers of the hits rather than the actual artists and did not play the entire song through and each song ran into the next.

Any ideas?

I vaguely remember one the Deep Heat compilations having an orangey/black cover but I don't recall those being mixed together.

I don't think it was any of the above.

It was charty/pop snippets. Each song was only played for a minute or so and was edited to run into the next song.

I think there were four sections each with 8 or 9 songs or so.

I remember Cher 'believe' and Madonna 'Beautiful Stranger'.
Remember these two in particular because they sounded nothing like the actual artists. I think the Spice Girls were on there too.

Best bet is to go on eBay and do an advanced search. I've used this loads to find tracks on hard to find compilations.

I usually tick the box for 'exact words in exact order' - Cher and 'Believe' calls up around a 1000 CDs, but maybe the one you're looking for is on there.

Intelligence did Anthems in Wonderland, which was generally dance covers, but not sure if that was really released outside Northern Ireland

Found this album in the end but for some strange reason it does not seem to be available to buy on e-bay or amazon or even to download. I'm back to square one in a way but at least I found what it was.

Any ideas where I might find this?
