Firstly, let's talk team leaders. Reflections, you had Val as PM - how was she? And how was Naruto for Viveza?

Val had everything under control, and it was nice to be around someone so calm and collected through the task. I think the nature of the task meant there wasn't toooo much PMing to be done, but she was very capable in what we did together.

Val was overall a solid team leader, however, at times it felt like the task of being PM was a team thing, rather than it being Val as an individual, but that was the nature of the task, I think. It took her a while to settle into the role, but when she did, we got on with the task well.

I think Naruto was actually a pretty great PM. I thoroughly enjoyed working under him & he handled himself well.

I thought Naruto was a great PM as due to being always reachable & despite him often seeming like more of a team member than a leader, he was still great. There was also a nice atmosphere within the team which is always beneficial.

I think Naruto was, for the most part, a good PM. There were a few points in time where it was a bit confusing as to what we were supposed to be doing by the end, but he did a good job, especially at the beginning, of delegating tasks.

Okay, so mostly solid reports from both teams.

Viveza, how do you think the task went for you as a whole?

I think the task went well. Naruto began by dividing us into two separate sub-teams who would then take five items each to search for which covers for any absences immediately & there was a very friendly atmosphere within the team, so it went well for us I would say, definitely.

I'd echo what Zak said. We never really got into any spats or arguments, and we just kept trying to find the best possible prices and better each other for the sake of the team. I thought we worked really well together on a whole.

I think the task went quite well, the team in my opinion were organised and we found some great deals. We all worked together as a team and there was a friendly and good atmosphere.

Everyone had 2 items each to go find, and then over the course of today/yesterday we tried to better our original prices. It was pretty individualistic, but everyone got on with the task pretty well, and I felt like it went well on the whole.

I think we did well. We arranged some parts on the first night, then I arranged a meeting last night where we all looked at our full products, to see if anyone could find anything cheaper. We got on with more work today, finishing our list.

I think the task actually went really well. A few of us were absent at times due to our wild social lives but apart from that we really came together. Yesterday afternoon in particular, we were all online sharing out roles & really doing all we could to get prices down.

We worked together very well indeed, more so than other tasks perhaps. When we all chose the two items that we would like to research, we got on with it and reported back as a team frequently. Perhaps the way of finding prices was more of an individual effort father than a group effort, but it went quite well!

Well, it seems like it's gone very well for both teams, so let's look at your final prices to see what you came up with.

Tyjet, could you tell us what prices Reflections found for their replica Faberge egg, cafetiere, and laptop?
Tyjet

Team Reflections

-Faberge Egg Replica: £13.55

-Cafetiere: £12.95

-Laptop: £279

Total so far: £305.50
