I have to disagree with this entirely. If Katie at any point seemed like she was taking over it was because you didn't have much of a presence as a manager. I was shocked at how little time was spent searching on the first night. In this kind of task, you have to constantly try and better your lowest prices and Katie is the person who was trying to do this most.

And in Louise's defence, she said to me that she had to do this entire task on her phone which obviously couldn't have been easy.

May I bring up that my USB and Headboard were only around, say, a pound in average more than yours, so the idea that you're saying I did no work in this task is quite ridiculous. I searched a lot but I don't want it to look unfair for someone like, say Louise, who also did a good deal of work.

Both Val and Louise found items that were bettered in price by myself/Katie/Jess today.

I did mention that I wanted everyone to listen to my plan and if it didn't come across as easy, I apologise.

To Jess's defense I can't once remember any sarcastic comments on this task and Jess wanted to work within the team unlike yourself who wanted to buy a more expensive product so that you had one product to yourself so with respect, if anyone wasn't a team player on this task it was you.

It's certainly not about effort in this case, I don't believe. I would certainly say me and Louise worked as hard as we possibly could. At the end of the day, we missed out on some cheaper prices, which our team members luckily found.

Katie, this is an unfair comment to make.

I suggested we maybe should use a 19p cheaper item because otherwise we'd turn into what's happening now.

You all blaming me and Louise for doing absolutely nothing. We did work, I was here as much as I could be but sometimes I just feel like you don't give credit to those who work hard.

I am going to bring back Jess and Katie.

Val, I agree with what you're saying, but bringing back the person who did the most on the task probably isnt the cleverest move?

Katie did do well, but I feel you and Louise tried as hard as possible, and Katie and Jess just made some mistakes which only made them the two weaker in my opinion. Everyone did well but I have to pick two.

Personally, I don't think anyone made real mistakes which made us lose the task. We all made decisions together at the end. But when you saved Jess last week she promised she would change and she's kinda been the same for me. I just feel like we're playing a professional game and therefore we should be professional.

As for Katie, I brought her back because despite the fact she did well, she can just be quite controlling and it got in the way of making our decisions. I think everyone did a decent job but Gav and Louise edged it for me.

It isn't because these were the two who were negative about you just now?

Absolutely not. If it came to this, this would have been my decision before.

I personally think I was brought in because of a personal issue, because of last weeks 'message allegations', I decided it was best to show Tyjet the private chat me and Val had, just so it couldn't be manipulated in the boardroom.

I worked hard all weekend, with Katie yesterday and Gav for around 20 minutes today. I found two items, and was aware from the off that we could get a better deal on the laptop, and we eventually did, as found by Gav.

What decisions did Katie get in the way of you making?

Katie was trying to take control of the way we were trying to compare prices, and I stated I'd rather take a different route, and we did do my route, but I feel Katie kind of prolonged the decisions we made.

Lord Sugar if I'm honest I don't feel I deserve to be brought back and feel Louise should have been as she found none of the items per the cheapest price. However, I did think me and Jess would be brought back in as Val seems to have a personal grudge against us. Jess from the last task and me on this task.


I am interested to know what mistakes I made. If your referring to me suggesting each member of the team made an effort to look at all 10 items once we'd got prices then no I don't regret saying that as we did find cheaper products after that.

I think Val should be fired Lord Sugar because she didn't seem to understand the point of the task and isn't a team player. She wanted to buy a slightly more expensive USB stick so she had a sale and didn't understand the point of the task. I still don't believe she understands the task because if she did Louise would be in the BR as she like Val, found no items on our team. I think me and gav were the two strongest members of our team on this task as we found 4 of the 10 items each and if it wasn't for us we would have lost by a much larger margin. If we didn't have Louise or Val in our team there would have been no change to our prices so I feel neither added anything to the task.

I have to admit, I found it very odd that you volunteered to find the laptop then had to ask what RAM is. Surely you should have left that to someone a little more tech savvy?

You and Val have both been quite ridic all the way through to be honest.

Also, it makes me laugh that you were all positive and fine when asked about the task at the start, but when you lost the knives couldn't come out quick enough!

It absolutely wasn't a personal issue, Jess. I told you before there would be no hard feelings whatever happened. But I don't feel like you changed from last week. I understand if you wanna make things fun but I just thought it was a bit out of line.
