I can't believe Sky Living are showing this Canadian Series featuring dog 'trainer', Brad Patterson!
In the issue I just watched he was training a Husky Puppy to pull a bicycle using a collar designed to choke a dog. Think about it? A young dog that has not fully developed, a collar that chokes and the dog has to pull a bike up hills?!
He also taught the family to get the dog to sit by tightly pulling up on the lead so the dog choked and had no option but to sit!
Seeing the two year old boy yank the lead was an accident waiting to happen!
Please Sky Living, remove this programme now!

Im glad i dont watch this as it would make me mad. I watched dont blame the dog on bbc3 where irresponsible dog owners are taught how to care for dogs. They showed on there how to correctly train a dog to sit. We then tried it at the weekend with my ohs parents dog and later on with my parents cat! And it worked. I can only imagine how many people therefore tried the method they saw on the show you mentioned.
