Spawning on your team is how to win Rush. If everyone just tries to literally Rush in then its a bloodbath but if you can take the long way around and flank the enemy who are defending, then wait there resisting the temptation to go fight, your team will soon spawn on you and suddenly the enemy have attacks coming front and rear and it confuses them! During the sudden "run around and kill the damn enemies that are everywhere" panic that your enemy does, sneak in and plant the last M-Com bomb. Hopefully there will be enough people alive to keep an eye on it and slow them down long enough for it to blow
.

I absolutely cane smoke grenades to increase the confusion too, if you have the frag perk enabled then it's like having an industrial dry ice machine going.

I quite often hang back with a mortar firing explosives on rush to provide covering fire so my squad to get in close.

Once the MCom is activated I change to smoke so they have more cover.

lol - I do it the opposite way. I fire smoke to try and give cover to get to the m-com (particularly if the team is running low on tickets), then switch to explosives once armed and keep dropping them right on the m-com to stop it from being disarmed.

That's the way I do it too. I only unlocked the mortars yesterday and I finally completed the assignment for it

I just charge in all guns blazing. Screw tactics. I win more often than not.

just been in an empty caspian server to practice flying. find it so hard to land a chopper properly. Find it hard to stop it moving in a particular direction to enable me to come down smoothly. Most times it thumps down and i run for my life.

Pointing the nose of chopper upwards (no too far) will slow it right down. Then just hold the left trigger to lower it for a safe landing.

Best way would be to switch out from the cockpit view.

This is not possible on hardcore mode though, unless you are in your own private server and have switched the 3P cam view to "ON" but retained all other hardcore settings.

Using the HUD ...errr thing in the chopper is useful for landing, the cursors in the cockpit indicates if you're level or not - if it's horizontal in the middle of the screen you're ok.... kind of like a spirit level.

That made very little sense eh?

Makes sense, the cockpit view "spirit level" is great, providing you know that the building you want to land on is already directly below you......

But when the enemy bail from a heli that's just toppled off the side of a building they make for easy pickings

will still probably get close quarters, though to me they arent traditional BF maps; which should be large scale, featuring vehicles. It'll probably end up as frustrating as Metro for me. I'll maybe wait to hear from folk who play it first.

Any idea how many maps are in the pack? I only know of 2 so far which are Donya Fortress and Ziba Tower.

In what way is it stupid & lazy? You're getting 5 DLC packs for less than the price of 4, plus extras. I don't see a problem with it

Lazy because they are blatantly copying Activision.

Stupid because they are now bracketting themselves alongside Activision, instead of offering something different.
