I've noticed how he's really good as spotting potential problems in a project. He's seems quiet but I think he's a dark horse.

Mmm, yes, he was really silent last week...

He is rather mysterious, and is sending out mixed messages.
Like back when he was PM and wanted to take the credit for the win while the team were on the reward (and basically got laughed at) he looked to have a bruise to his big ego.
But then last week he agreed to that workout video which was rather cringy must have taken some balls to do.

Duane says he's a really funny guy. It must be frustrating for anyone in these type of shows for people to just assume they know exactly who they are based on a heavily-edited hour-long show a week.

.... like a shark?

Azhar has quite an impressive number of followers on Twitter, over 40k vs Nick's 4k+ and Tom's measly 700+.

His Twitter profile says he's a shark owner and diver, and fans of his body will love this photo of Azhar on a shark diving expedition in Mexico

That's not him at all. The guy in the photo looks totally different. Eh?

I don't think Azhar will go far. He comes across quite vacant. And I still think it's super cringeworthy when he pm'd and said "we won because of me". Whatever!

Plus without being rude or offensive, he is the "token Asian". Normally it's a girl who is a solicitor or laywer who is not totally with it and gets booted out halfway through. I'm thinking Sarah, Gizelle, and the other Asian lady with the super scary green eyes.

I think you're referring to Sandeesh, she was sexy. My female friends tell me Azhar is a good looking guy as well. Maybe the token Asian has to be good looking or they don't get in

That was her and those eyes were scary. They were huge!

I think he's hilarious and I want him to stay in for amusement, but he seems very weak in tasks. I haven't seen him come up with any great ideas. Spotting flaws but not doing anything about them is hardly the mark of a great businessman.

But yeah, I very rarely notice the attractiveness of people on TV but he is gorgeous. I would.

Hardly noticed him throughout the entire series. Perhaps he's getting an unfair edit but he doesn't seem to be the type to excite Sugar. If he doesn't rise to the next task and ends up on the losing team he could be in trouble!

I think the term 'dark horse' is often used incorrectly on DS forums.
But in the case of Azhar I think it's one of the rare cases where I think it's an appropriate term to use.

He's somehow sneaking through without making himself too obvious. And if I recall correctly he did really well in his first task as project manager when a lot of his team were against him.

He's got a lovely body but facially and personality wise he repulses me i'm afraid. Big beak and a generally slimy disposition.

I agree that he hasnt done much of note personally, and his success as PM was primarily down to Duane's excellent idea frankly.

Most of the blokes keep on looking to get Azhar saying he's quiet, messed up, passenger but what about Nick is it? He's well quiet and a couple of the ladies have flown much more under the radar than Azhar ever has.

I generally think Azhar is pretty quiet anyway.

i dont think azhar is a dark horse at all, he was a pm once and showed little talent. he didnt handle ppl too well and made a few bad calls.

you cant really call him a dark horse because he already had his chance to shine but didnt

regarding the token asian, i disagree, there was one guy called sajid or something, cant remember exactly what, who was pals with dun who was really impressive

Last week, on The Apprentice You're Fired, Duane said that Azhar is not quiet at all.

Nick is a different story. After Week One, Nick has not done anything (well, maybe it's the edit). Nick is very invisible and this is already Week 7. At least Azhar tried to get involved (remember the fitness video, and the sales pitch that he did in Week 3 when he thought that Michael was useless, so then Azhar took over and sold Bellissimo condiment).

That's a tad harsh! Where's your evidence to prove this?

Made me laugh when Lord Sugar suddenly turned to Azhar.

"SO what did you do, Azhar? Looking very quiet..."

I couldn't get his shamed face out of my mind from last week at the end of the groove train viewing in the boardroom.

I see him as an almost inevitable firing to be honest. There's candidates who remain quiet and prove themselves to be skilled, like I think Tom is going to be, but I've not seen much else from Azhar.

However, he never seems to say anything stupid in the boardroom to his credit - while everyone else is mouthing off, he listens and picks his moment, which is probably the smartest thing to do.

He looks a shifty character and should have gone before Katie.
His days are numbered.

Azhar may not be as eloquent as some of the other candidates but when he says something, he's succinct and spot on.

You forget that it was Azhar as PM who chose Duane's idea and stood firmly by it even when Adam tried to bulldoze his gloves idea through.

I heard Duane say that, but it doesn't seem to be the case in the clips we see in the house. Maybe Duane likes him generally and that was him supporting him generally?

Adam, Stephen and Ricky keep on trying to get Azhar, when none of them do any better! In yesterdays tasks, Adam well messed up and what was so special about Stephen? They are gunning for Azhar and I've got to be honest and ponder whehther its a racial thing otherwise why target him out of all the others who where the same as him performance wise?

Adam should have been fired as well for letting 3 of them drift way away from the place they where selling their food from and Stephen should have been bought back because all he is is all mouth. "Thats a good question, I'l now p;ass you onto....."!

That's a bit of a loaded comment mate, I think it's just because Azhar seems the most quiet - even Sugar commented on that, and they probably thought he was an easy target.

Saying it's racial implies something quite sinister. I just think Adam and Steven are idiots who think by being the loudest one in the room they are somehow the most impressive.

Are you watching the same programme as me? Nick is the only candidate who has received consistently positive edits. Azhar, on the other hand, was slagged off for his PMship and has received a mostly negative edit since. There's a reason why the candidates have been seen to try and attack and and not Nick - he's much weaker.

They where gunning for him from the begining. I can't remember all of their names but most of them try and fly under the radar, why they just picking on Azhar?

Nick has done hardly anything from where I'm standing. High time he was made PM now and some of the gobby ones need to be put up again and see if they just had a slip up. Probably time for Sugar to do some double sackings actually.

I've disagreed with Sugar's choices before but this one was a whole other level .

I can't believe he kept this guy on , he does nothing .
