Sorry for not posting before but was away enjoying the Sun and some Magic at Weston Super Mare yesterday

Anyway - if it's the original teams then I'll choose England (if Premium Onion still prefers Argentina). Otherwise I'll take Holland

Im sure Sparky wont mind!

Also, do we join an online league on FIFA? or just add everyone to our friends list?

Think i have most of you anyway.

The magic was a one off "Day of Magic" held by the "Bristol Society of Magic" but theres always magic in Bristol at Illusions Magic Bar on the triangle at the top of park street

Yes looking forward to this tournament - being England just hoping I don't get any penalties

Will be on this afternoon and sometime tomorrow - send me a message if I'm playing Mw3 but will probably get a practice game in first as haven't played Fifa since our last tournie a couple of months ago so will be even worse than ever

Anyway its always good fun win or lose as I say

EDIT - yes Lisa is definitely very good just found what I wrote about one match against her in the last tournament:

Played away game against LisaJ1981 "Palermo" => Lost 2-0 (completely outplayed by a much better player and happy to lose by only 2-0!)

Played my 3 first matches:

Sparky's Spain 0 - Magic Martin's England 5 : A game when every shot was a goal and when the score line was completely unfair with Rooney playing brilliantly!

Magic Martin's England 2 - Sparky's Spain 0 : A very tight game until Sparky had a defender sent off and then i edged it (Rooney back to normal form unfortunately).

Then back to eath with a bump as i played Lisa:

Lisa's Belguim 4 - Magic Martin's England 0 : A game where I couldn't score (missing a volley from 4 yards from a nice free kick) and where Lisa, as always, makes every team she plays with look like Brazil but with 15 players against 11! as per my above post in our previous game i played i was happy to lose by only 2-0!

Well played Sparky and Lisa!

Martin

Ps - I'm posting here becuase I think the FIFA game thought our league was over probably since at the time it was only me and Sparky who had "signed up" we played both the matches so when I played lisa we played friendlies but with really wierd starting line ups

Was a good game, score line flattered me tho tbh, everything just seemed to go in! Not sure what was wrong with the squads, I altered my formation and switched a few players around before the game and it just switched them all back - very annoying.

Just leaves me with Sparky and Magic to play now.

Played PremiumOnion's Argentina last night:

The first match was a 1-1 draw : It was a match where "Sir Billy" was the better player but luckily for me the ball just wouldn't go into the net for him. I sneaked a 1-0 lead for John Terry to concede a pen which Mr Messi disptached flawlessly.

The second match I won 4-0 : To be honest I was lucky and it was a match where every shot seemed to go in - If i tell you the first goal was a spectacular diving "horizontal" volley by Mr Bent from near the penalty spot then that sums it up, in fact Mr Bent may have been Mr Messi in disguise since he scored a hat-trick - if only for real in the Euro's...........

Anyway two very different but great games and two games were i was lucky,

Well played mate,

Martin

PS - Just one last game to play for me against Lisa - too much to hope that Mr bent is on fire again I think

Yeah great games buddy.

You really did outclass me in the second one, by far.
