High quality and he is still talking about "Slopping" things onto trays and "Bulking" things out.
market research high quality ingredients organic if possible not going after the highest price....... well that advice will be totally ignored.

Quality = what? Claire from the last series of master chef the professionals seems to be doing 10 yummy looking sample course meals at £80 for the 10 courses. Thats £8 for a taster meal. This lots idea of quality seems to be school dinner quality.
