yes she has an annoying voice & horrible accent, but she's rather good as PM! Now I believe that she'll be in the Final Five.

Oh leave her out, she is a doll. And she looks when she has her hair curly. They showed us that at the start this week.

She is quite endearing but I still think the only job for here is in silent movies

I'm not convinced she got a bit lucky in this task that the other team messed it up with the meatball idea. She spent too much with the ingredients on the meat in the receipe which the pro chef didn't look impressed with and was helped by some of her team picking up on the location where they got increased sales. In other weeks particularly the week when she got her figures wrong she didn't look great.

I agree....but she's still better as PM compared to other candidates (especially compared to Adam, Stephen, Katie, Jane & Gabrielle).

but who could cope with the voice? Can't see her in client service, somehow.

I come from the same town as Jenna and I can assure you the problem is not the accent but the voice. Even I can't stand listening to her.

Yesterday, I called EON call centre, and the advisor really sounded like Jenna Having said that, she was good as PM.

Is she? She didn't really make an impression on me either way. I wanted her to win over Adam but I was thinking that Laura had done well with thinking up the Scottish casserole theme rather than Jenna.

I don't know about force, Jenna is certainly a face to be reckoned with. You could crack rocks with it.

I kind of agree. She did a much better job than I expected, but she didn't really do anything outstanding, though she did take the risk about moving which paid off.

I have to admit I think I've probably underestimated her. She sold well in the junk task, second only to Gabrielle in her team, and she made a fairly good job leading in this task.

That said, her abysmal performance in the first task would have led anyone to write her off.

She only did what the "task" was supposed to be about, and that was produce good quality food. Going by the brief itself, Adam should have been fired even if he had won, as he totally ignored the instructions about the task given by LS.

I didn't think she did particularly well and was carried by a strong team. She clearly went too far on the ingredient spend, and if Adam's team had picked any other location apart from the football they would have been destroyed in the boardroom.

You could see she was panicking and giving off a bad vibe and had to be strongly coaxed into making decisions by Nick.

She didn't seem to particularly do any selling (stayed in the van the whole time), couldn't do basic maths (she was seen adding 68 to 200 on a calculator!) and I don't think her team really showed any creativity (she is from Lancashire and chose to do hotpot!)

Having said that I have predicted her as a final five purely down to her background in the beauty industry which I believe interests LAS so it didn't surprise me that she was pushed to the front (chosed by LAS as PM, she did not volunteer) and given a good edit.

Edited to add: the fact that LAS chose to pitch her against Adam who has been shown consistently to miss the mark with his opinion on task decision imo shows she was being set up to win.

I don't rate Jenna at all. She flaps a lot and makes a lot of noise, but she didn't really show any leadership in this task. She allowed other people to drive the agenda in terms of ideas, locationbs, pricing etc - sometimes with good consequences, sometimes bad. She's a hard worker but I've yet to see any obvious business acumen - we already know she's awful with numbers.

For me, it's got to be Tom and Gabrielle in the final. Both encapsulate elements that made Tom Pellereau a winner last year. Tom can see where things are going right/wrong and has a keen eye for good strategy, like Tom P did. And Gabrielle shares the same weakness as Tom P - shaky commercial ability - but makes up for it by being creative. It's also worth noting that as an architect and designer she would be a good fit with Sugar's property business.

More on this and other analysis of last night's task over at my blog ... http://slouchingtowardsthatcham.com/...6-street-food/

(Sorry, it's not my intention to spam, but so many things I would like to say here and so little space to say it in!)

LS will fire Gabrielle soon. Gaby will not make final 5. I think LS has had enough with "arty farty" candidate. By the way, Tom Pellereau is an inventor. Gaby is an "artist" (well, architect). They are not quite the same. I do agree with your assertion regarding Tom Gearing though (not because he's exceptional, but because he uses his common sense more than anybody in this series).

In terms of capabilities / skills, nobody from this series is on the same level as the Top 4 from last year (Tom-Inventor, Susan Ma-Entrepreneur, Jim-Salesman & Helen-Organiser).

Back to Jenna, trust me. She'll be in the final 5. She has the "Natasha factor".

I disagree on Gabrielle, architect does not equal artist, closer to designer. Architecture is a very academic and technical field, involving as well as creative and technical drawing a lot of project management and team work skills - fluffy artists type she is not.

I'm with you on Jenna though although I think she is awful she will be final 5.
