Yes!!! The second she opens her mouth i'm looking around for earplugs. Horrible, horrible voice. I know she can't help it, but can't she at least try to tone it down?

In terms of capabilities / skills, nobody from this series is on the same level as the Top 4 from last year (Tom-Inventor, Susan Ma-Entrepreneur, Jim-Salesman & Helen-Organiser).

Back to Jenna, trust me. She'll be in the final 5. She has the "Natasha factor".”

Well, we'll see. What I would say is that, given the revised prize, candidates whose skills and experience fit well with Sugar's existing businesses should not be underestimated. That was exactly the case with Tom P last year - not just a product inventor, but with an existing product in the health & beauty area, which Sugar knows well.

And being an architect is hardly 'arty'. It's a highly skilled and technical discipline.

You must be joking OP. Jenna along with Azhar are the 2 worst candidates out of a very poor bunch. She's as thick as two short planks. If Adam hadn't stupidly overpriced his product she would have been interviewed by Dara last night.

Jenna was a very good PM. She is never one to hide in the background and I like her for that.
There are some candidates who I am still not sure what their names are.

I disagree. Jenna has had a tendency to run around flapping and making a lot of noise, but without contributing anything useful. She certainly is willing and has loty of energy, but empty vessels make the most noise ...

An example. In the gadget task, at one point in the brainstorm she cut across a conversation to say to Jane something that basically amounted to "it's up to you to have the ideas for us", which was shockingly poor. She does not take responsibility for making/driving key decisions.

Having said that, this week I think Jenna did OK. She managed the team reasonably well but she did not really lead it. It looked more like she was reliant on other people's ideas and energy to drive the task forward - Gabrielle's idea, the team's commitment to quality, Nick urging her to drop prices late in the day, Ricky and Laura to pick out locations. Too often we saw shots of her looking flummoxed at the responsiblity of making decisions.

My point: I think Jenna over-delegated and didn't really have a clear strategy of her own. Now that's a million times better than Adam, who thought he knew everything and could just rely on his mate Stephen, but if I compare it to Tom's stint as PM (the junk shop task) where he set the strategy and stuck to it, Jenna was unconvincing.

In a very poor year all round I think Laura will be the final female left pretty soon
