Azhar doesn't say a great deal, but when he does, it's usually worth hearing. His summing up of Stephen in the boardroom was spot on!
I hate that we've lost candidates who seem like decent people (Michael, Duane, Katie) and are stuck with smarmy bullshitters such as Adam and Stephen. |

Stephen was well out of order tonight. At least Jedi Jim took control with some charm, he just bulldozes over people to get his way.

He reminds me of several people I have worked with - would lie to someone's face and stab everyone else in the back just to make some money. I wouldn't trust him to do anything.

I liked him until tonight. He seemed (to me) like a likable buffoon. The "likable" part vanished with his shameless rewriting of history in the boardroom.

His bus idea flopped big time. I loved the stuff with him banging his head on the bus and then the three of them ran to the bus and it went without them. As Del Boy from Only Fools and Horses would put it...
"What a plonker!" |

I have thought from very early on that he was two faced and imo he proved it in last nights show!
![]() I find it outrageous that so many of the blokes keep on looking to make Azhar a scapegoat while gobsh***ing their way out of being given the boot or sucking up to the PM ala Adam and Ricky!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() Adam, Ricky, Stephen all to be sacked in one go if I had it my way!!!!! |

I like to think that Alan Sugar has already figured out who he's going to give the cash to so everything else is just for the telly.
That being the case, I guess it's just for effect that a guy like Steven can wriggle himself off the hook during the series cos, at the end of it all, he's surely going to be told to sling his hook unless he IS the one who's actually got the most viable business plan. |

Stephen has a face you'd love to slap and every time his opens that gerbil mouth of his, shit comes pouring out. He makes me cringe, he's awful.
Still, he's better than three Adams.

A bullshitter of the highest order. I think his eyes bulge out for the same reason as Pinnochio's nose.

![]() At then at the end of the show when they came back from the boardroom he was saying to Adam 'let's move on, yeah?'. The look on Adam's face! He should have slapped him in the face!

I thought he was just an idiot until last night. He was very sly and manipulated Adam's boardroom choices. For me, it highlighted how much of a weak candidate Adam is if he can't stick with his own choices. I would happily see the back of all the current guys in Phoenix, bar Tom atm!

Why is it wrong to be quiet and then just speak calmly and rationally? For some reason this approach seems to be taken a sign of weakness. Although I suspect the BBC like the candidates to go at each other like rabid idiots. |
